RADIO WIGWAM

Radio Wigwam is bringing one of its Grassroots Connect gigs and networking events to Future Yard on October 6th.

There’s a brilliant line up on the night but it’s also special as it’s an event celebrating ten years of Radio Wigwam. Their Grassroots Connect gigs as always is not just about the great live music but the chance to connect with other fans, artists, and the team behind Radio Wigwam itself.

On the night the line up features local band Static Switch, alongside Bone-Idle, the wonderfully named Two Tonne Machete with their rowdy punk anthems, and Dutch three piece Sonic Whip, who were the recipients of Best Live Act and Best International act at the Radio Wigwam Awards.

For those of you who may be unaware Radio Wigwam is as it says ‘indie radio playing good music for good people.’ It’s independently owned and operated station which focuses on grassroots artists.

These grassroots live events, like the one at Future Yard are a key part of this, showcasing emerging talent.

Get yourself down there, enjoy the music, and make the most of the chance to make new friends, reconnect with old friends, and enjoy being part of the live music community.
