BUSK ON THE BEACH

The inaugural Busk on the Beach arrives at New Brighton Promenade, beside Fort Perch Rock, on 22 August.

Running from 12pm to 6pm, this free event will showcase a full day of acoustic performances against the stunning backdrop of the beach.

Audiences can look forward to discovering exciting emerging artists alongside established local favourites, making it one of the Wirral’s standout music events of the summer.

Whether you’re stopping by for an hour or staying all day, Busk on the Beach promises great music, a fantastic atmosphere, and the perfect soundtrack to a summer’s day by the sea.

Apply for Busk on the Beach

We’re looking for buskers, solo artists, duos and acoustic performers to bring the promenade to life between 12pm–6pm, creating a vibrant soundtrack for visitors enjoying the seafront.

Whether you’re an experienced street performer or looking for a great opportunity to play to a new audience, we’d love to hear from you.

To apply, simply email sean.knibb@soundcity.uk.com with a little information about yourself, links to your music or social media, and any previous performance experience.

Join us for a day of live music by the sea and help celebrate an unforgettable Summer of Music across the Liverpool City Region.
