RADIO 1’S BIG WEEKEND SPOTLIGHT – KEYSIDE

Rooted in the heart of Liverpool, Keyside have been making waves across the UK with their anthemic, guitar-driven sound.

After wrapping a sold-out national tour and building a loyal following on the road, the band return home for a major hometown moment: performing on the BBC Introducing stage this Sunday at Big Weekend.

Their recent headline show at the Arts Club stands out as a milestone – a euphoric celebration of their connection to the city. “It’s always a party when we play Liverpool,” says frontman Dan. “To be on the Big Weekend stage, on our own turf, is a privilege.”

With the early support of BBC Introducing’s Dave Monks behind them, Keyside are one of the city’s most exciting live acts – and this Big Weekend set is just another step in what’s already proving to be a standout year.
